Transfer my email subscription to Google Workspace

    Hi, I would like to transfer my email subscription for the domain marketingfor healthpractitioners.com.au over to Google Workspace please. In checking the procedures, Google advise to contact the reseller for help to do this. Can you please advise the next step please?

    Hi there, it looks like your Google Workspace subscription just renewed with us. Generally in order to transfer it to Google, you’d want to cancel it through us, which transfers the license over to Google. They then send you an email asking if you’d want to resubscribe with them.

    Since you’re still within the refund period with us (info: https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/#email ) that would issue a refund to you from our side, and you’d need to make the (re-)payment to Google to start it back up.
