Transfer my followers to the new blog on wordpress.org

  I need to transfer my followers and everyone that subscribes the posts to my new blog on wordpress.org.

  Old blog: https://saberesdojardim.wordpress.com

  New blog: http://www.saberesdojardim.com

  I’m a wordpress user for many years and this is the first time I ever needed the support, so I appreciate if you could make that transfer from one blog to another.

  Hi there. To move your subscribers to a self-hosted blog, you’ll need to first install the Jetpack plugin and then follow the instructions here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/

  If you run into trouble, let us know, but make sure you first have that plugin installed.
