Transfer my payment for a Plan

I opened a WP account, purchased a ‘personal Plan’ and waited. I had mistakenly directed messages to my Message accounts instead of Mail. I created a new account when I could find no way to correct my mistake. This new account now wants payment for a ‘Plan’. I have already paid for a plan with the original account. I am looking for a way to: 1) make the correction on the original account where the ‘Plan’ was purchased, or 2) transfer the paid ‘Plan’ to the second account. The first ‘welcome letter’ was sent to ‘blogger5921’; the second created account is ‘blogger5926’. If this cannot be corrected, I will delete the accounts.

Hi, are you still able to log into the other account? If so, basically you’ll just want to update the email address there so it’ll work. But you’ll need to “Free up” this email address first. Here’s what I recommend:

    1. Change this account’s email address to an alias, and confirm it:

    Instead of using this:
(email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Use this:
(email visible only to moderators and staff)

You’ll get an email. Click the link to confirm the change.

    2. Log out, and log back in as the original user.

    3. Change that account to your real email address, and confirm that.

It might sound a bit confusing, but if you can, please try those steps. If you get stuck, let us know.
