Transfer my site to Network Solutions

  I am currently trying to transfer my blog to Network Solutions as a sub directory. The goal is for our user to type in http://www.example.com/blog and see our blog that we manage here on WordPress. However, the technician who is moving the WP files to our hosting package told me that he cannot move our files because there are no plug-ins etc. to move. We then compared the WP dashboards from my two blogs I manage here on WP and there is a noticeable difference. What do I need to do before I can transfer my site to Network Solutions? Am I missing a step?

  There is no blogger access to the database for WordPress.COM blogs. There is no FTP access and there is no blogger installed plugin capability. See here for how to create an XML export file of your content http://en.support.wordpress.com/export/
