  You can upgrade your plan to Business from My Site>Plans>Plan.

  I wonder – if ALL my content ( pages – images- topics)- from my READY site will be transferred automatically?
  – or
  Shall I transfer each page – manually to my NEW Domain Name?

  What’s the address of the site are you working on? What’s the domain name you want to use?
  If you’re talking about a WordPress.com site and you’d like to register a new, custom domain name, you do not need to worry about transferring your content – it will not be affected. The site will look just like it did before the upgrade, only the address will change.
