Could you please help me to transfer my WordPress.com stats to my new hosting? I have installed and activated JetPack plugin.
My old free blog: byrusber.wordpress.com
My new .org blog: fatihozel.comThanks a lot.

To be able to transfer your subscribers, follow the next steps :
1. On your self-hosted WordPress site, install the Jetpack plugin, connect it to WordPress.com with your WordPress.com username, and make sure the Subscriptions module is activated.
2. Optionally, add the Jetpack Subscriptions widget to your sidebar.
3. Optionally, on your WordPress.com site from which you’ll want to transfer your followers, post a notice telling your site’s followers that you’ll be moving, and that their subscriptions will be going along with you. This is because, while your email subscribers will continue to receive email notifications of new posts as before, WordPress.com followers will only see new posts in the Reader. They will not receive email updates unless they subscribe to receive those on your new site, which they can do if you’ve added the Subscriptions widget.
4. Once Jetpack is connected and ready to go, and you’ve informed your readers about the upcoming move, you can transfer your subscribers right from your WordPress.com user account by following the steps outlined in the Subscription Migration Tool guide. If you prefer, contact us and we’ll move your subscribers for you.I’ve also added the modlook tag so the staff can help you merge your stats to your new site!
