  Hi there,

  Could you please help me to transfer my WordPress.com stats from my old (thequintessentialman.com) to my new blog (thequintessentialmind.com)? I have installed and activated JetPack plugin.

  Is it possible to not override the stats of the new blog? I want to combine the old and the new stats.

  My old blog: thequintessentialman.com
  My new blog: thequintessentialmind.com

  It looks like you have a WordPress.org website that’s hosted somewhere else – please note that these forums are geared towards providing support for sites hosted on WordPress.com only. You can read more about the difference between the two sites here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You should head on over to http://wordpress.org/support/ to get support for your WordPress.org website

  Is there another site that’s hosted on WordPress.com that you are looking to transfer the stats from? If so please mention the URL of that site so I can take a look :)

  I’ve transferred your stats from thequintessentialman.com to thequintessentialmind.com. You can now view them on your Stats page.

  zyousafi — we can transfer stats between Jetpack connected sites, so there is no need for people to request this on the WordPress.org forums :)

  I wanted to transfer before but I was unable to connect with Jetpack . But now I have Jetpack enabled…

  I seem to be having the same issue with my stats not transferring over. I recently switched from my WordPress.com account lifeaccordingtolaurenfaith.wordpress.com to my new WordPress.org site lifeaccordingtolauren.com

  I’m also short a bunch of features that were on my free site, which is kind of contradictory since I’m paying for my site now. I’m not sure if that’s just because I haven’t had much time to explore it, but it seems as though I have to upgrade my theme in order to get some of the features I had for free with the same theme on WordPress.com. That’s probably for another forum, but I thought I’d give it a shot and see if anyone had the same problem or could help :)

  I’ve transferred your stats over to lifeaccordingtolauren.com.

  WordPress.org sites are created outside of WordPress.com so there will be a few differences between the two :) If you need any help with lifeaccordingtolauren.com, the WordPress.org support forums are a great resource:

  Hi bettersideoflife,

  Transferring stats will only work perfectly if the post IDs on both sites match. At the moment I can’t compare them because the site requires a login. If the post IDs don’t match, a single post could end up as two or more different posts on your Stats page. Stats cannot be combined into one entry unless the IDs are the same.

  Do you want to wait until you have moved the posts over to your new site?

  If not, I can transfer your stats to box5147.temp.domains/~betteuu0. While they may not match up perfectly, the overall site-wide traffic numbers will be the same.

  This action cannot be undone so please let me know if you are happy to proceed or not.

  Hello and thank you for your quick and clear reply. I have moved all of the posts via import. Does the site require a login because the domain hasn’t been transferred yet? Do we have to wait for that?
  If that is not the reason, than we can proceed with the transfer.
  I also seem to have another problem – I cannot trasfer my subscribers – I don’t have the option as presented in Jetpack Subscription migration tool to “Migrate followers from another site”. How can this be solved?

  I have moved all of the posts via import.

  Great! As your posts have already been imported, I’ve transferred the stats for you.

  I can transfer the subscribers from bettersideoflife.net over to your new site — just let me know when you are ready for me to do so.

  Does the site require a login because the domain hasn’t been transferred yet? Do we have to wait for that?

  At the moment, visitors will be prompted to login because there is a maintenance plugin active on the site. Which domain are you planning to use on the new site?

  Thank you so much for all your help and aswers! Yaay, the stats are here!
  Ok, I wish to move my subscribers when the domain is trasferred – I will let you know, it should be done by Friday. The domain will remain the same as now, so bettersideoflife.net. I only transferred the whole blog to Bluehost because I need more freedom with site creating, but otherwise it will remain the same lifestyle blog with existing posts (and more added).

  I’ve checked your domain and it is currently pending transfer, so the process is underway.
