Transfer my subscribers from my wordpress.com to self-hosted site

  Hi there, I would like to transfer my current wordpress.com subscribers to my new self-hosted wordpress blog. I have read that this is possible and that I should simply contact the wordpress.com support team to carry this out. Any directions or help you could provide would be great!

  I’d be happy too! Can you just confirm which site you want your subscribers from and which site you would like them transferred to?

  My wordpress.com site is now under the domain http://www.boldlygold.wordpress.com and my new self hosted site which I would like the followers transferred to is http://www.boldlygold.com. I already have jetpack installed on the site it that helps too?
