Transfer My Subscribers to my self hosted wordpress blog

  Hi I have recently transferred my wordpress.com blog Pratsmusings.com with custom domain to self-hosted wordpress blog. I need to transfer my followers/subscribers and Stats to the self-hosted wordpress. I have Jetpack installed and subscription options enabled. Can you please do this for me as soon as possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Howdy,

  I’ve merged your stats together. Your site didn’t indicate WordPress.com followers ( https://pratsmusings.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=stats&blog=30264289&blog_subscribers&type=wpcom )

  It should be noted that on WordPress.com, we also showed the number of followers you had on Facebook and Twitter if you had those accounts connected to your blog. Jetpack on WordPress.org will not display those followers on your stats page, though they still exist via your Twitter and Facebook.

  Hi!

  Thanks so much! I see the combined stats now and I gathered that about the followers not being displayed, but one thing is that my earlier subscribers are not getting my new posts.Can the subscribers be shifted so that they can all continue to receive the individual updates?
