I didn’t explain that very well. It’s not my website that’s the issue here. It’s the domain name. Sorry about that.

This should help you out: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/transfer-domain-registration/

Yep, I’ve seen that. But according to the whois listing they’ve checked, it says “Client transfer prohibited”. So they can’t proceed further.

When you updated on March 31st did you change anything that may have reset the 60 day lock?
Q: Can ICANN lift the 60-day lock on domains?
A: No, ICANN does not place, nor can it lift a 60-day lock on domain names. Registrars must impose a lock that will prevent any transfer to another registrar for sixty (60) days following a change to a registrant’s information. Registrars may (but are not required to) allow registrants to opt out of the 60-day lock prior to the change of registrant request. Contact your registrar to see if they will allow you to opt out of the 60-day lock period.

Hi there!
Your domain has been registered 16 days ago. As mentioned above, you need to wait 60 days for the domain transfer lock to be lifted.
Until then, you can use custom NS records to your domain configuration:
