Transfer new website to existing custom domain

I already have a custom domain managed through wordpress using one username to log in; however, I started working on a new template for the same website using a different username and domain (.wordpress.com). I have finished the website and now I want to transfer it to the custom domain. I thought I could do that for no additional cost because I am using wordpress for both domains. How can I transfer the website to the custom domain without additional cost? Thanks

You can export your content from one and import it to the other.
