transfer no ads upgrade from one site to another

  hi there, i’m trying to transfer no ads upgrade from one site i have to another site – i’ve been speaking with someone (logged in through my other account – my newer site), but she was saying to ask again via the older site (which currently has the no ads upgrade), to be able to transfer it over to my newer site (security reasons).
