Transfer of Account
-
I started this blog with as part of a group collaboration and I am no longer part of that group. Is there a way to transfer the domain, content, and entire account for this blog to another person’s account on wordpress?
This person’s e-mail address is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and I could have them post something here, if necessary.
I do not want to be billed for the account any longer or participate in adding content to it, but the other contributors want to keep the site running as it is currently laid out.
Thank you,

Hi ! You can do it using this info : http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-wordpress-com-user-or-account
Since the website will not be yours anymore, you won’t be billed afterwards.
Hope this helps !

You can also transfer any upgrades in your “My Upgrades” page under the Store tab in your Dashboard.
Please let us know if you need further assistance.

I made a website using Weebly and need to point my domain to their servers. Can you set this up or walk me through the process of making these changes? I need to change my A-Records for both “www” and my root domain. That’s one record for http://www.mydomain.com pointing to 199.34.228.59. And one record for my domain.com also pointing to 199.34.228.59.
If you need more info on these changes, please see:

Note that I want to keep using you as my domain registrar. I am not requesting a transfer and do not have new name servers to provide you, my blog is www, themotivatedmind, org
Thanks!

@francisbob for some reason my site does not give me the transfer option when I go to “My Blogs.” Any idea why or how to get that option?
Thank you,
