Hi, my domain is less than 60days old, can i set up the site now and transfer my domain later after it has matured?

You can build your new site here and then wait to connect the domain until everything is ready to go.
You can get a free site and the free features with a
.wordpress.com subdomain. Use a temporary name for your site as an example: sitename.wordpress.comKeep the new site private as to not affect any SEO.
