  I wish to transfer the domain joolsriddell.com to a new kajabi website. How can I do this please. It is not listed in my domains but this is where I originally bought it

  Hi there

  It looks like you cancelled the domain and it is currently in the redemption period:

  We can still try to recover the domain, but you will need to pay an $80 redemption fee in addition to the regular $19 domain renewal cost. If you agree, I can send a payment request and contact our domain registrar once it has been paid.
