transfer of domain and emails?

Just wondering if you host the emails also.
The site I need help with is http://www.whipfinancial.cim.au. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

Hi there,
We do offer a hosted email service if you want to use that. We have both an in-house option that’s email only, or you can buy a Google Workspaces account through us:

However, note that we’re not an accredited registrar for .au domains, so you won’t be able to transfer that to us. Instead, you’ll need to leave the domain registered with your current provider, and just point it to us via the domain mapping feature included in all our paid plans:
