  transfering a domain name to another hostor but deleted my site

  I’m afraid you can’t transfer a domain you no longer own. See: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/domain-name-2516/
  If you aren’t prepared to pay to recover the domain your only hope is that it may be released in a few weeks. Then you could register it again elsewhere (if a domain squatter doesn’t get it first).
