  Can I transfer my domain name from my existing webhost, Mochahost, to WordPress

  Hi there,

  WordPress.com doesn’t support incoming domain transfer currently. If you have your own domain which was registered elsewhere, you can map the domain to your WordPress.com site. Step-by-step instructions are here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/.

  I was under the impression WordPress can map to a customer domain for $13 per year without having to upgrade to a Premium WordPress account. Does this option exist? Thanks.

  Domain mapping upgrades can only be added as part of a paid plan. You can do this with any of our paid plans, not just Premium. Once you have one domain added to a site you can then map additional domains at $13 each, as explained on our support page for domain mapping:
