Transfer of Domain was rejected by BlueHost

WordPress last step of transfer (teamyukonoutdoors.com) to BlueHost has been denied because of Private Registration. I’ve called BlueHost & Wild West Domains, and both said to contact WordPress to unlock private registration. I have read all the forums and nothing is helping me.

Can I get a staff to turn off my privacy settings to complete the transfer? I can see that it is on, but I don’t understand any easy ways to turn it off. Thank you:(

You should be able to cancel private registration, then continue with the transfer process.
