Hi there,
I actually am having problems transferring your subscribers. It appears that your Jetpack plugin was connected at some point but may not be connected currently. If you could please make sure that your Jetpack plugin is installed and currently connected (it will show a green dot and say “Connected”).
If it is currently showing as connected, please disconnect it and then reconnect it. I’ll then retest it and hopefully be able to transfer everything over!

Hi there, I have disconnected and reconnected. let me know if it works this time! thanks :)

Heya,
That didn’t actually work. I’ve reached out to the department that handles stubborn Jetpack issues and as soon as I hear from them I’ll get back to you with any additional information!

Hey there,
Our Jetpack department was able to take a look at your issue and while your XML-RPC file is present in your account and is working fine when we test for GET requests, but returns a “403 FORBIDDEN” error when we attempt a POST request.
You may want to reach out to your web host to ask about this block which is in place, or if you are hosting the site yourself, you will need to change your configuration to allow XML-RPC to allow POST requests.

OK, I’ve contacted the web host and they have altered the security settings to allow the request. Please can you try again to transfer the subscribers, thanks.

I was able to move the subscribers to your self-hosted site.
Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
