Are you looking to transfer an existing site to your account? Or do you have the password and info of the account and you want to change it?
These would be 2 very different options. If you would like to move a site to your account, the steps are found here:

Also, the site you are inquiring about is not hosted here on WordPressdotcom. You should inquire with your colleague about your current web hosting provider. If that is not possible, you may need to look through your records for any billing from them.
