Transfer of followers

  Hello! I transferred my wordpress.com site to a self-hosted wordpress site. And now I want to move my followers to the new site. However, when I tried to follow the steps, the wordpress.com site does not appear in the drop down box.

  I transferred from a wordpress.com to a self hosted wordpress site.. I tried following the instructions yet my old wordpress.com site did not appear in the dropdown box for migration of followers.

  What is the old WordPress.com site? Is it under another account?

  If so, can you connect Jetpack to that account?

  Yes, the old wordpress is under another account. But it is only a free account. I am not sure how to connect Jetpack to that account.
