Transfer of Followers and email subscribers

  Hi I transferred my blog sujataworld.com to wordpress.org ( bluehost) I also pointed into jetpack plugin ro wordpress.com. I need my followers and subscirbers to be moved to my new location.

  Hi there. Can you confirm that you have the subscribers and stats modules activated in your Jetpack plugin on the new site? Once you confirm this I’ll take care of moving over your followers and stats.
