Transfer of followers and site stats from .com to self-hosted .org

  Hello.

  My name is Grant and I have been using a WordPress.com blog (www.one-small-world.org). I have now developed my self-hosted site using WordPress.org (www.one-small-world.com)

  I have Jetpack installed on O-S-W.com and was hoping you could transfer across my followers and site stats from http://www.one-small-world.org to the self-hosted http://www.one-small-world.com.

  If you are able to transfer site stats, I also have an older, obsolete blog at http://improvemoment.wordpress.com/ if you can transfer those site stats across to http://www.one-small-world.com as well that would be great. But it is not critical.

  If there is anything else you need me to do, please let me know. Thanks
