Transfer of Followers from one blog to another.

  Hello, I would like to transfer my follower ( and likes if possible ) from https://loveustories.wordpress.com ( older blog ) to https://planetayushi16.wordpress.com ( new blog ). I have already exported and imported the posts that I had on the old blog, and all that is left is the transfer of my followers (and likes ), if you could help me with it.
