transfer of my site to wordpress

  Good Morning and Happy New Year!! On the 20th of December 2020, I paid $18.00 for my domain to be transferred to WordPress. I have not seen any success or update relative to such. Can you use your good office in explaining why this the transfer did not happen as yet?

  I’m not seeing any payments or upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. Can you talk a little more about what specifically you were trying to do?

  What is the URL of the domain you were attempting to transfer?

  Hi there,

  I checked and the domain was successfully transferred over to your jj5500 account, but the nameservers are still pointing over to mywahosting.com:

  ns1.mywahosting.com
  ns2.mywahosting.com

  You’ll need to update the nameservers to:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  You’ll need to log out of janelle1986 and into jj5500 in order to access the domain subscription.
