Transfer of my stats to self-hosted

  Hi,
  I’d like to migrate my stats from https://ewebber.wordpress.com to the self hosted site I have just migrated to http://emilywebber.co.uk. I have jetpack installed and the structure is the same. Can one of the happiness engineers help me do this.
