  A third-party user helped with the creation of my site, and, now, I am unable to access my site to renew my account. Is there any way to transfer ownership to me from this end?

  Hi there,

  I can confirm that michellemarek.com is registered on WordPress.com but under a different account. However, we cannot assist you in transferring the ownership of the site and upgrades without the permission of the current owner.

  Do you no longer have contact with the person who created this site for you? We need for them to contact us and initiate the transfer of ownership from their end (or give permission for us to do it on their behalf) but otherwise we are unable to help.
