transfer of ownership

    I had a friend that did my site development and put everything in his name and in his account. Well he found himself in some trouble and and is locked up, well obviously my site is now down I am assuming to nonpayment and I do not have access to his info. How can I get my site placed in my name without changing the name of my business and completely restarting?
