The former site editor just transferred ownership back to me (I created it originally).
Although my contact information appears on your site, the Camelot961 site does not appear as ‘My Site.’ So, I cannot access it to edit it.

Than you for getting back to me! The transfer of ownership email came to (email visible only to moderators and staff) yesterday. I believe the previous person changed it from a business account back to a personal account.

The transfer of ownership email came to (email visible only to moderators and staff) yesterday. I believe the previous person changed it from a business account back to a personal account.
I’m not showing that there was a site transfer initiated under this user account. They would need to start a site transfer to you in order for this to be properly transferred.
Based on the information available, it appears that there hasn’t been a site transfer initiated under that user account. In order for the transfer to be completed correctly, the other user would need to initiate the site transfer to your account.

I don’t think your response makes sense because The previous editor (email visible only to moderators and staff) said she transferred it. Then I got this email from WordPress saying the site was transferred:
