transfer of ownership

  I have precisely followed the steps for transferring ownership. The transfer would mean that a fellow Admin becomes owner (so she’s already got a WP account). I have typed her username, and also tried copy-pasting it for the transfer. WP gives the error message: ‘the specified email is not a valid email adress’.

  How am I to transfer ownership of this website?
