    I have recently purchased the online business called ‘Daily Habit Juice Co’.
    Obviously I want to keep the web store up and running.
    Can you please help me ensure the site stays active?

    It would be helpful If you could share your website URL with us. And please check whether your website is hosted on wordpress.com.

    Hi there,

    It sounds like you took over a self-hosted WordPress site, in which case you’ll need to find out who the domain and hosting providers of the site are. That’s who you need to pay to keep the site online.

    If the site is hosted with us on WordPress.com, the account that currently owns the site will need to transfer ownership of the site and upgrades to you.
