Transfer of premium theme from mirror site to active blog

  Is it possible to transfer my premium theme from my mirror site to my active blog, or do I need to by the theme again for the active blog?

  I don’t really want to have to pay twice unless absolutely necessary, but do want to maintain my mirror site to test new content out.

  Current free theme = Nishita, new premium theme = Photographer

  I would be glad to transfer your premium theme from one site to another, if both sites are owned by the same user account.

  Could you please confirm the addresses of the sites you want Photographer moved from and to? Thanks.

  Thank you. I was hoping I could use the premium theme for both sites, as one is just a mirror test site and will never be publicly seen. Is this possible or will I have to pay for the theme twice?

  Premium themes upgrades are only valid for one site, so if you wanted a premium theme on two sites at once, you would need to pay a one-time fee on both sites.

  OK, no problem. Once I’ve mastered this theme, is it possible for me to transfer the theme to my live site, per your earlier comment? Or do I need to contact WordPress for assistance?

  Sure – just let me know here when you’re ready to transfer the premium theme and I’ll be glad to take care of it, or you could also put in a new support request.

  In either case, when you make the request, please confirm from which site to which site you’d like the transfer done.
