Transfer of site ownership – guide doesn’t help!

    Hi folks, I’m trying to transfer ownership of this site from one of it’s administrators to another (there are two admins set up for the site).

    I followed the guide https://wordpress.com/support/transfer-a-site/ but I’m stuck at step 5 – there’s no ‘transfer a site’ button showing up.

    I get ‘Leave site’, ‘Reset site’ or ‘delete site’ but not ‘transfer site’.

    Any idea why this isn’t working?

    In this case, can you please try logging out of your current session and then logging back in, making sure you’re using the account that owns the site?

    Only the site owner can perform this action, so it’s a good idea to double-check that you’re logged in with the correct email address.
