Transfer of site url to another account

  Hi! I want to ask if there is a way for me to transfer my free wordpress.com url to another account I owned? I want to delete this current account but I do not want to lose my site url.

  I already downloaded the contents but I still wanted to use roundthememorytree.wordpress.com on another account. It would makes me feel at ease if I could use the free url for the time being on my new account.
