Transfer of statistics and followers

  Good day!

  I plan to move my upgrade my website into a self-hosted one via BlueHost this coming weekend.

  Is there a way for me to have my site statistics and blog followers transferred too? If yes, how exactly will I go about it?

  My blog has already accumulated over 2.6 million views the past three years and I would really hate to lose that figure.

  Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you post the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread here, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you.

  You’re referring to the ‘happiness engineers,’ right? They will transfer my subscribers and statistics even if I’m no longer hosted by WordPress.com as long as I have the JetPack plugin? That’s cool.

  You will not hear from Staff unless or until you install and activate Jetpack and post the URLs involved here. Are you clear on that?

  Hi, WP Happiness Engineers and TimeThief,

  My website http://www.FilipinoScribe.com is now hosted on WordPress.org. As suggested by TimeThief, I have also installed the JetPack plugin there. I hope WordPress’ Happiness Engineers can transfer my statistics and followers soon. Thank so much in advance!
