Transfer of stats and followers

Hi,
I have domain mapped http://rachelay.me onto http://rachelay.wordpress.com . In addition, I recently moved http://rachelay.me to a self-hosted site. I would like to move my subscribers and stats. Would appreciate help on how to do this.

Make sire you have installed and activated the Jetpack plugin and then follow the instructions here http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site. Staff will move the stats for you.

Hello there!
Firstly, could you disconnect your self-hosted Jetpack site, then reconnect? It’s connected using your IP address, rather than your domain name, and this could cause trouble down the pipeline, if your web host adjusts your IP address.
Once that is complete, you can move your subscribers using the Subscription Migration tool, following these instructions:
http://jetpack.me/support/subscription-migration-tool/
Once you’ve done all that, let me know. I can merge your stats once Jetpack has been reconnected properly.
