Hi,
The following link helps you move your subscribers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org. I hope it helps:

Hi Spanishmummy,
The link Carla provided (thanks!) will show you how to move your followers. If you’d like us to move your stats please give us both your WordPress.com URL and the URL of your new self-hosted WordPress site.
Note, you will need to have the Jetpack plugin installed and the WordPress.com Stats and Subscription modules active.

Thanks both for your replies and sorry it’s taking me so long to reply myself.
I have tried installing the Jetpack Plug in and I am getting an error message that says : Your website needs to be publicly accessible to use jetpack: site_inaccesible.Have you come across that message before?
Thanks -
Hi there,
What is the link to the site where you are installing Jetpack? That site needs to be publicly accessible for all of the Jetpack modules to work.

Hi there,
Thanks for the link! While your site is publicly accessible, we cannot access your site’s XML-RPC file:
http://www.spanishmummy.co.uk/xmlrpc.php
This file is used by Jetpack and other plugins and apps to connect to your site. It must return the following message:
XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.
You can see a working example here:
Please get in touch with your website host and ask them to unblock that file — that’s the next step to get Jetpack working on your site. Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)

Sure thing! I just moved your stats, so you’ll see those appear on your new site soon.
When you’re ready, you can follow the steps in our guide to Moving Your Subscribers to transfer your followers over to that site, too. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that process. :)

Hi jjlsuh,
To avoid confusion, can you please contact us directly or start a new forum thread with those questions? That way we can keep track of your request for help without getting it mixed up with the original request in this forum thread. Thanks!
