Transfer of stats and subscribers

  Hi, I moved my blog from http://www.petiteprof79.wordpress.com to a self-hosted wordpress blog http://www.petiteprof79.eu. Is it possible for you to transfer my email subscribers to my self-hosted blog? What about my stats, is there any way of adding the .com stats to my new blog’s stats?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
