Transfer of stats and subscribers

  Greetings!

  I have transferred my WP hosted blog from blog.drake-comms.co.uk (gavindrake.wordpress.com) to a new self-hosted site at gavindrake.co.uk.

  I have purchased the site redirect and have Jetpack installed.

  Could you please transfer my subscribers and statistics?
