Transfer of Stats and Subscribers

  Hello All,

  I have just recently transferred my blog to a self hosted site via Dreamhosters and I’m having trouble figuring out a way to transfer both my email/wordpress subscribers and my site stats. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I have also installed the JetPack plugin if that helps at all!
