Transfer of stats from wordpress.com site to wordpress.org

  I have been reading other threads that it is possible to transfer the stats from a wordpress.com blog to a self-hosted wordpress.org blog. I would like to do this if possible. (everything else has been transferred).

  The old site is: bookboodle.wordpress.com
  The new site is: bookboodle.co.uk
