transfer of subscribers from .org to self hosted wordpress site

  I need to transfer my subscribers from http://wilfredbarretto.wordpress.com blog to self hosted http://www.barretto.in.

  I have added the plugin Jetpack (connected to WordPress.com) and activated the Subscriptions Module,

  Please do the needful and migrate my wordpress.com subscribers /users to the self hosted site.

  I’d be happy to transfer your subscribers for you. However, Jetpack isn’t yet installed on your site at http://www.barretto.in/ . You’ll need to install this Jetpack plugin and connect it first: http://jetpack.me/

  Hi,
  I had installed and connected Jetpack on November 13.
  BUT after 7 days since there was no favourable reply for you, I disconnected it.

  NOW…once again, I have added the plugin Jetpack (connected to WordPress.com) and activated the Subscriptions Module,

  Please do the needful and migrate my wordpress.com subscribers /users to the self hosted site.

  I transferred your followers to your new blog at barretto.in, as requested.

  Your email followers will continue to receive email updates, and your WordPress.com followers will continue to see your new posts in the Reader. If your WordPress.com followers would like to receive email updates, as well, they can subscribe via email on your new blog.
