Transfer of theme+content from one site to another

  I’m trying to find a way to switch themes on a privately hosted site without having down time during customization. Is there a way to download a customized theme from one site to upload to a second?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If the site is privately hosted, it sounds like you are using the self hosted version of WordPress, WordPress.org:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  What is the URL of the self hosted site you are referring to? And which site do you wish to use the theme on going forward?
