Transfer of upgrade fees to another user

  I have already transferred the blog but the upgrade fees have not gone with it. Can you help?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You should be able to transfer the Upgrades the same way you transferred the blog, but start in the store

  Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades >> you should be able to transfer the Upgrades starting here

  Thanks for this but I have already tried it. I think because the ownership has already been transferred – I didn’t know I had to do this first – the site I want to transfer these upgrades to is not listed in the available options in the dropdown menu. I think I need someone at WordPress to do this for me now?

  Thank you, that’s good of you. When I transferred the site I expected the upgrades to go with it, naturally. Maybe there is a good reason why they don’t but perhaps it would be helpful to put a note on the main blog transfer page to the effect that transferring the blog WILL NOT automatically transfer the upgrades relevant to the blog, so if these are also to be transferred, deal with them first. Or something to that effect. This must catch out a lot of people!!

  Thank you for coming back to me. In the meantime this has already been seen to by another member of your staff, as I also emailed WordPress Help when I got the payment notification.
  I appreciate all the help WordPress provide when it’s needed – thank you!! I may transfer some more of the Upgrades, but I need to look into it when I have more time. I think I understand the process better now and I’ll see if I can manage it myself before coming back to you if necessary.
