Transfer of views, stats and followers

I was trying to find a way to transfer my wordpress.com account to my new self-hosted site with site ground. I already transferred the blog post and comments but I don’t know how to transfer all my stats, page views, and followers. My new self-hosted site is http://www.simplysweetmama.com and I’m hosted on Siteground.
