Hey there!
It should be a relatively easy process to transfer from GoDaddy to WordPress.com if you’re hosting a WordPress.org website on GoDaddy.
There’s an export tool on your WP dashboard that you can use to download all of your current website content. Check out this link for reference: https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/tools-export-screen/From there, once you’ve exported and downloaded the XML file with all your content, you can import it into your WordPress.com website.

I hope this helps!

Hi there!
We have instructions for transferring an entire WordPress.org site (which refers to your WordPress site with GoDaddy) to WordPress.com here:
If you have a website built with WordPress on another hosting provider, generally referred to as a self-hosted WordPress.org site, and want to move it to WordPress.com, use our Import Everything option. The Import Everything option will copy your existing self-hosted WordPress site to your new WordPress.com site, including your content, media, plugins, and the theme. Prerequisites A WIf you have plugins/custom themes on your site, we’d recommend the WordPress.com Business plan so that they can work as they do now.
You can check out the Business plan’s features here: https://wordpress.com/business
With the annual Business plan, you also get access to live chat support, so we can help you live with migrating your site to WordPress.com. :)
Feel free to let us know if there’s anything else you need and we’ll be happy to help.
