Transfer old posts

  Hi, I want to transfer my old blog posts into a new blog that I will make. I want to make the old blog and the new blog one blog. How do I do that?

  If you want to export/import your content from one WordPressdotcom site to another, here are the directions for doing so: https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/

  Once you have done this Staff can transfer your stats and subscribers

  If you feel comfortable handling this by yourself, another way of doing this preserves your stats and subscribers, however it is a little more challenging. https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  Read and follow those instructions carefully so that you preserve your current username (if that is what you want) and retain your old site address (if that is what you want). If you discard either or both, it won’t be possible to recover them.
