Transfer or Map my domain : no access to Premium Plan, why ?

  Hello,
  I’m rebuilding our website for a small museum.
  We already own our domain (http://le-clos-parchet.com/ hosted on “Scaleway dedibox – Online”)

  To start to creat a website, when I click on ‘Transfer’, the screen propose me the Business or eCommerce plans.
  But we only wanted the Premium Plan? Would it be possible? How can I do?

  Hi Nora,

  I don’t see any WordPress.com sites under your account so you will need to create one first. If you’re doing this from a different account, try going directly to My Site>Plan>Plans. If you do not see plan Premium there, click on Blogs and personal sites.

  Let me know if you have any more questions regarding that.

  Hello, thank you for your help.
  The problem is when I want to create the website, I choose my domain that we already own, then I choose “Transfer domain” but there I only have the choice between Business or eCommerce Plans, I have no access to Premium Plan.

  Where is the button “Blogs and personal sites” ?

  OK. We are promoting our Free, Business, and eCommerce plans on our pricing page. From time to time we change the plan mix that’s featured there. If you would like to purchase the Personal or Premium plan instead, you still can! try using these links:

  Unfortunately, when I click on your link, I’m automatically unlog :-/
  I log again, then I go to Plan, and there is still only Business or eCommerce.
  How can I go on with Premium ?!
  How long will last this promotion campaign for free/Business/eCommerce?
