Transfer ownership without account access

  Hello,

  This site’s domain needs to be renewed, but we no longer have access to the ‘owner’ account that is able to do this. The email and password for this account are no longer in use. Can we change ownership to the admin account we do have access to? Or somehow bypass the owner account?
